treatment of Bruises and blue spots : 
thr treatment depends on the cause and to know the cause you should do clinical examination and visit the doctors and this condition may be warninig for boold diorder like Thrombocytopenia or ITP and this case you need to know the level of platelet in blood if it low you may need to FFP and Platelet trasfusion or use immunosuppresant agent like methotroxate or by splenectomy , and if the cause due to trauma you must avoid it , and if the cause du to medication changing medication that may be causing the bruising , and treating the problem that is causing the bruising
Diagnosis :
by taking full medical history and doing CBC to know the platelet level and bleeding time and PT , PTT , INR , and bone marrow biopsy if needed , and abdominal U/S to detect the spleen status 
Causes : 

• trauma 
• ITP
• bleeding diorder 
• Bolld vessel rupture
• some medication
• low platelet 

Advice :
you should go to the hematologist to get proper managment
