Actually , fever can be a symptom of Covid 19 infection which may presist for few days after infection so You need to do few tests in the nearest medical center for complete clinical assessment and evaluation . Besides you have to follow the following :
- Bed rest and drink enough amount of water every day and eat well balanced and healthy diet that include essential nutrients .
- Take Antipyretic as Paracetamol for the fever with treatment of any underlying condition as Bacterial infection
