How to deal with the patient on mechanical ventilation and dialysis after surgery

this may be caused by cardiogenic shock which complicate the surgery and managed by putting the patient on intravenous drugs like dopamine amd doubutamine or norepinephrine and coronary angiography can be done to exclude the presence of thromus or occlusion there which can be treated by surgery or by cathetarization and the deterioration in the kidney and the absence of urine may be caused by the low blood pressure becaudse of cardiogenic shock which need dialysis until the case improve

How to diagnose patient on mechanical ventilation and dialysis after surgery

the patient should be monitored in the ICU and echocardiography should be done to assess the heart function amd coronary angiography can be done to exclude the presence of obstructive coronary artery disease

what are the causes of patient being on mechanical ventilation and dialysis after surgery

myocardial infarction
heart failure
cardiogenic shock
systemic inflammatory response syndrome
