Treatment of body itching, fungal infection
It is common problem due to many factors and causes. Firstly, avoid itching by your hands to decrease skin irritation. Take daily shower with cold water to relieve itching. Stop antifungal tabs you took as it can be the cause of your itching. Take anti histamin drugs like Cetirizine 10 mg once or twice daily for days in addition to betamethasone cream twice daily for one wk.
Investigations to do
There is no need to do investigations for like condition. It is clinical case.
