How to treat bleeding after abortion with clots and abdominal cramp ?
well after abortion there is reduce the size and thickness of endometrium due to hormonal withdrawel especiaaly progestron level and there is increase chance for uterine infection so there must be good food intake include red meat and vegatabeles and use for ibuprofen 3 times daily after food ,antibiotics as zinnat or ceftriaxone must be taken if there is feversh and sever abdomial pain how to diagnosies?
you must do abdominal ultrasounds and for lower pelvic to measure the thickness of endometrium and to make CBC to exclude high level of WBC then to measure tempreture advice :
