what is the possible cause of your daughter condition ?
its possibly caused by abnormal congenital growth since born or soon later appeared , or may be caused by HPV infection ( warts )
what should you do ?
consult pediatric doctor to do the needed tests and diagnose the medical condition
what is the possible treatment options :
mainly , surigcal removal is recommended in this case if the size is relativly large, in case of simple warts , topical treatment may be the first choice such as :Imiquimod for 8 weeks
