How to treat fungal infection
if you take anti fungal treatments like itraconazole or ketoconazole and the case is not improving then you can do culture and sensitivity testing to find to which the fungal infection you have is sensitive to and you should exclude other causes that make fungal infection not responsive like low immunity or HIV infection or cortisone treatment
How to diagnose fungal infection
you should be assessed by the physician and has sample done from the affected site and has culture and sensitivity done to the causative fungus and to which drug it ise sensitive
