Bank does not usually accept a similar transfer except by being in the same branch in person or through a person who has an agency from you and is in Canada and goes to the branch.
It is possible to try to contact the bank to ask directly about the best way, but usually, the issue is through an agency that does its work for someone in this regard and approves it through the embassy in Egypt and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
