Treatment of dots on penis
It is common skin problem due to many factors and causes. Firstly, do not worry as it is mostly due to physiological process not related to diseases. Keep your private area clean and dry. Avoid itching by your hands or removing dots by your hands. Apply betamethasone cream three times daily on your penis to relieve dots. If there is no associated symptoms there is no need for further evaluation.
Investigations to do
There is no need for blood tests for like condition. You can seek your dermatologist for clinical examination only.

I have very good hygeine and never been in sexual relationship for a long time. I was drunk once and in the morning the dots appeared and I applied tetrinoine on the dots and it dissapeared but then after few months the dots started appearing on my penis head.
