Treatment of bleeding after sex :
the treatment depends on the cause , and always the cause is vaginad infection which can treated by using of Antibitics sush Metronidazole 500mg 2 times daily for 10days , and if the cause due to vaginal dryness you can use estrogen pils , and we advice to avoid sex this time and keep the area clean , and dring alot of water and use vaginal lubricant
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and clinical examination and CBC to detect infection , vaginal and cervical examination by spiculum , and level of estrogen and progesterone hormones , and pelvic ultrasound
