I heard sex friday morning at 2am and on Thursday was the last day of my period am worried I can get pregnant then I bought marvelon pills from the pharmacy en took first pill on same day at 7 pm is there possibility of me getting pregnant

what can you take now to avoid pregnancy ?
you can either take emergency morning pills , or take regular ocp in high doses
examples of those medications :
- emergency pills :
1. contraplan
- regular ocp :
1. YAZ
2. GYNERA
How to take those medications :
emergency pills :
1. take doses as instructed : usually first pill in the first 3 - 5 days after the intercourse , and second dose after 12 hours of first dose
regular OCP :
the dose is 3 - 4 pills , and first dose should be taken in first 3 days after the intercourse , and second dose is after 12 hours of first dose
possible side effects :
most common : irrgular period
- other symptoms :
1. mood changes
2. abdominal pain
3. nuasea
4. vomiting
5. dizziness

no , mostly there wont be ovulation at that time, so chances of getting pregnant is quite low
How to know ovulation days and the safe days in period :
1. ovulation time or the time ovum exist are the first 4 days of the last 16 days of the period , for example ;if your period is 28 days , and if your first day of period was 1st/9 , your ovulation time is 12th-16th /9
2. the ovum last 48 hours in the uterus and can get fertilized any time during this period of time
3. male semen lasts up to 5 days in female uterus and will be able to fertilize during this period of time , but the earlier the better
