At first , when the level of TSH is lower than normal , the patient has hyperthryoidism 
Treatment of hyperthyroidism :
you shuld take nti thyroid drugs such as Carbimazole as recommended by your doctors , and if the drug show side effects you can replace it by Propylthiouracil 300mg/day devieded every 8 hours , and you can use Beta blocker such as Propranolol 5mg /day to protect the heart and treat the rapid heart beat , in some cases we advice to use Prednizolone if needed 
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and do clinicla examination and CBC to detect anemia and and ultrasound on the thyroid gland , and radioisotope scan , and mesure the thyroid hormones level regularly
symptoms of hyperthyroidism :
  •  Anxiety
  • Irritability or moodiness
  • Nervousness, hyperactivity
  • Sweating or sensitivity to high temperatures
  • Hand trembling
  • Hair loss
  •  Missed or light menstrual

side effects of carbimazole :
  • Neutropenia 
  • agranulocytosis
  • sore throat
  • nausea 
  • vomiting
  • abdomial pain 
  • mouth ulcer
  • fever

Advice :
you should go to the endocrynologist to get proper managment
