  • You can follow some tips that are concerned with changing the lifestyle, diet, and exercise to relieve the pain caused by migraine, these tips include going to a quiet place when you feel the first signs of a migraine and stop doing any activity, then turn off the light and dim the place because the light and sound Exacerbates the problem, then put compresses of hot or cold water on the head and neck,  and avoid foods and drinks that trigger migraines, such as caffeine, old cheese, and some types of chocolate, obesity and excess weight must be avoided, and it is advised to stay away from psychological and nervous pressure by managing time wisely and taking breaks from work,  relaxation using deep breathing exercises can be helpful. Some drugs to relieve headache pain at the beginning of an attack, such as sumatriptan, which greatly relieves headache pain, or dihydroergotamine, which is one of the most effective medicines in relieving headache pain if it is taken at the beginning of an attack, or lasmiditan, which improves pain, nausea, and sensitivity to light and sound. Preventive medications used to prevent recurrence of attacks include beta-blockers such as propranolol, calcium channel blockers such as verapamil, or antidepressants such as amitriptyline, there are new drugs to prevent recurrence including arinumab and fremanezumab , which are antibodies against the peptide linked in the calcitonin gene. Studies recommend the use of high doses of vitamin B2 to prevent recurrence of attacks.

Diagnosis:
