hello doctor,im 21,female,i have been suffering from anxiety,ocd from a long time , i have been taking SSRIS( cipralex) but it doesn't seem to work anymore i want to take betablockers(propanol) to help ease my physical symptoms. i want to know how much dosage should i take daily and can i stop taking it later when i want to.

What is propnalolol drug?
It is the scientific substance Propnalolol, which is a beta-cell antagonist that acts as  antihypertensive, and treatment for anxiety, tension and hand tremors.
What is the dose of propnalolol  
the starting dose is 10mg twice daily then increase gradually
