Dear Doctor,
I am having white patches on my penis inner skin and on penis head.i have checked online it shows signs of balantis and lucorisis.i have itchiness and slight pain.
Can u advise home remedy for it or any medication

Treatment of white patches on penis :
the treatment depends on the cause so you should do clinicla examination and if the cause due to fungal infection you can use Micunazole ointmet 2 times daily for 1 week , and if the cause due to lichen sclerosus or autoimmune disease the treatment usually includes a strong steroid ointment applied directly to the affected skin like Betamethazone 2 times daily
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and doing clinical examination and CBC to detect infection and in some cases may take biopsy to diagnose

Thank you ..however should I consult a doctor or should I buy either of the two cream and try for a week. I am living in UAE kindly consult which cream should I buy as I went online and showed other cream having this.

no , usually those medications are OTC , you can buy them without doctor prescribtion
- you still might need to reconsult your doctor and do physical examination if there is no specific improvment in a course of 3 weeks of using those medications
