treatment:

For treatment, it is recommended to rest the knee and avoid activities that increase pain, such as squatting, crouching, or climbing stairs, and taking a pain reliever such as Cataflam 50 mg when feeling pain, and doing physical therapy to strengthen the thigh muscles that support the knee, wearing a knee support brace, putting Ice on the knee and applying an analgesic ointment such as Diclofenac Gel twice a day. In a few cases that do not respond to the previous procedures, surgery can be performed to correct the position of the patella or relieve pressure on the knee cartilage.
