Helo hi my age is 28 .. v r trying to get pregnant .. my period was of 37-40 days cycle, last menses date was 18th may before that 10th April, dis month I dint get period on 18th may and on 24thmay I got some bleed like period clot but dat was only once after dat I dint get any sort of bleed only white yellow discharge is going dat too slightly .. wht does it means??pls answer

Treatment of amenorrhea and how to get pregnant :
at first amenorrhea can result from many causes and to know the cause you should visit the gynecologist , wait a few days then if you continue to miss your period , be sure to do Pregnancy Test countitive , if there is no pregnancy, it is possible to take DuPhastone tablets 20 mg tablets morning and evening for 5 days menstrual bleeding is expected between 2 to 10 days after taking this medcation
and to get pregnant we advice to do sexual intercource at the ovulatory days which begins at the day 14 from period and lasts for 3 days however the long of oeriod , and you should take folic acid once daily and eat well and avoid stress and exercise regularly

by taking full medical history and clinical examination and Complete blood count , Coagulation factor studies , Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) level , Thyroid function tests and prolactin level , Hormone assays(LH , FSH) , Pelvic ultrasonography
