Treatment of single joints in hands and feet
It is common problem that may related to rheumatological causes and diseases. Firstly, avoid heavy works these days. Avoid lifting heavy objects. Increase your daily intake of water for at least 3 liters per day. You can take analgesics like TRUFEN plus tabs three times daily to relieve pain in addition to Prednisolone 20 mg once or twice daily for ten days temporary till seeing doctor for investigations.
Investigations to do
You can do CBC for level of hemoglobin and plt and WBCs. ESR and CRP for joints pain. Rheumatological tests like ANA and RF to rule out rheumatological diseases and X rays for hands and feet.
