at first amenorrhea can result from many causes and to know the cause you should visit the gynecologist , wait a few days then if you continue to miss your period , be sure to do Pregnancy Test countitive , if there is no pregnancy, it is possible to take DuPhastone tablets 20 mg tablets morning and evening for 5 days menstrual bleeding is expected between 2 to 10 days after taking this medcation
and to get pregnant we advice to do sexual intercource at the ovulatory days which begins at the day 14 from period and lasts for 3 days however the long of oeriod , and you should
take folic acid once daily and eat well and avoid stress and exercise regularly
