I have been inserted iud over 2 year n it removes itself last two months of 2021 since then my menstruate come n stop for two day n come another but this month my menstruation start 10 of June 2021 but up to now the bleeding is not stop and the blood is coming too much why and any cure for that

CBC for anemia. You can take HEXAKAPRON 1 gram IV injection to stop bleeding in addition to Hexakapron 1 gram twice daily tabs . Trufen plus 400 mg three times daily to relive bleeding. Hormonal drugs like PROVERA tabs twice daily for days to stop bleeding till seeing your doctor.
