I have had a spoonful of unripe green papaya, which was cooked in meal to soften the meat. I am 4 months pregnant, I would like to know whether if it can cause any harm?

can unripe papaya can harm pregnancy ?
unripe papaya been reported to contain substance that may cause early contraction of the uterus which may lead to premature delivery or abortion
are you in danger ?
spoonful amount isnt considered huge, and usually symptoms appeared directly in first 24-48 hours at most
- what we can advise is to avoid eating unripe papaya and papaya in general
