Do I suffer from internal bran damage or concussion?

Well, it actually depends on the  way you hit your head with, and the amount of the trauma delivered as well as the resulting symptoms. Its , indeed unlikely to have serious brain issue while still having a good ability to concern and judge, though you may be at increased risk of suffering from brain concussions or chronic brain issues such as chronic subarachnoid hemorrhage for example, especially if this behavior is occurring on long term. The only way to prove this or even exclude this is by undergoing a neurological exam, by which you are evaluated clinically and you may need some sort of imaging.
