Hello I want to get information about sinopharm vaccine, cause after I took the first one I have a problem in my ear specially right one deaf so is there any confirmed about side effect??

Is ear and hearing problems common or confirmed as a side effect of sinopharm vaccine ?
no , its not listed as common or serious side effect 
can covid vaccines causes hearning problems ?
not supposed to , and according to mechanisim of action of sinopharm vaccine, hearing problems isnt suspected in this case , and should be unrelated to your vaccine intake

you still need to get diagnosed and treated by ANT doctor and perform more examinations to treat your medical condition 
What are the side effects of the covid vaccine:
1. Swelling and pain at the injection site
