I'm suffering from migraine while all my checks...

How to trat migraine ?
Actually, there are different ways to treat migraine which depends on either during or between the attacks. During the attack, -Triptan, NSAID such as ibuprofen or even paracetamol is prescribed. Between the attacks, prophylactic treatment  such as Topiramate, propranolol and if both are ineffective, gabapentin might be prescribed
How to diagnose Migraine?
By history and physical examination. Some tests migh be run to exclude other causes such as complete blood count to exclude anaemia, blood sugar, ECG, Brain CT scan could be ordered

What is the clinical picture of migraine?
The attacks of migraine is usally preceeded by aura in the form of visual phenomena, such as bright spots or flashes of light, vision loss and pins and needles sensations in an arm or leg. During a migraine, you might have

• Pain usually on one side of your head, but often on both sides
• Pain that throbs or pulses
• Sensitivity to light, sound, and sometimes smell and touch
• Nausea and vomiting

What are the migraine triggers ?

• Hormonal changes
• Cffeine intake as well as alcohol
• Stress
• Sleep changes
• Intense physical exertion
