Treatment of heavy menses and i am not married
It is common problem due to many factors and causes. As you are not married thus there is chance of pregnancy and abortion. Investigations to do
CBC to exclude anemia and low hemoglobin level. TSH level for thyroid problems. Prolacin level to exclude increased level of prolactin. US for uterus and ovarian problem.
