Hi doctor my last pireeds on may 17 I am checking for pregnancy in June 20 now 2 month but I have toomuch stomach pain I can't able to sleep walk and sit if any problem with me

Treatment of stomach pain
It is common problem in early pregnancy. Firstly, avoid eating heavy meals. Increase your daily intake of water for at least 3 liters per day. You can take analgesics for atomach like scobutyle co tabs as needed in early pregnancy. You can also take PARAVMINE tabs twice or three times daily to relieve nausea or vomiting in early pregnancy.
Investigations to do
You can do CBC For anemia and level of WBCs. You can ask for urine analysis to exclude UTI. stool analysis and US for uterus and ovaries
