Hi I am having a severe back pain in lower area pain on side itching outside vaginal area burning in urine please suggest something

Treatment of back pain, burning sensation in urine and vaginal itching
It is a group of symptoms suggesting urinary tract infection or vaginal infection. Firstly, increase your daily intake of water for at least 3 liters per day to relieve urinary burning sensation in addition to avoiding salts in foods and drinks. Take Antibiotic like Cefurixime 500 mg twice daily for one week and gynedektazol supp. once daily for days to relieve vaginal itching. You can apply mikonazole cream many times daily to relieve itching aslo.
Investigations to do
You can do urine analysis to exclude urinary salts and infections. US for uterus and ovaries. If there is vaginal discharge and there is no response to treatment you can take vaginal swab for culture.
Causes
The expected ones are
- Urinary and kidney salts or stones
- Urinary tract infections
- Vaginal inflammation
- Allergy in vagina

when vaginal culture test come out , kindly inform us
- regarding current symptoms and not including vaginal discharge : not all symptoms may appear
- you still should stick to your current medication course
