Treatment of sweating and cough
It is common symptoms due to many factors and causes. Firstly, you have to increase your intake of water. Sweating is normal if you drink alot of fluids. You can take anti histamine drugs for cough like CAFESPAN syrup 5 cc three times daily to relieve coughing till seeing your doctor.
Investigations to do
CBC for level of WBCs which increase in infections. You can do blood glucose level to exclude DM or decreased level of sugar. also, TSH test for thyroid problems
