What is the treatment for cough
Cough is treated by resorting to taking antihistamine medications such as taking cetrizine tab 10 mg at a dose of one pill a day, drinking warm natural fluids throughout the day such as anise, herbs, sage and chamomile, and being careful to resort to stopping smoking, while taking an anti-smoking Vital in case of lung infections such as azithromycin tab 500 mg at a dose of one pill per day for 3 days, with follow-up of the case with the family or chest doctor
What are the required examinations
Cough is diagnosed by visiting the family doctor or chest for a medical examination, with a PCR test to rule out Covid-19 disease, and an x-ray of the chest to detect the presence of lung infections, with a CBC blood test to detect the presence of bacterial infections
