How to treat vaginal itching and discharge?
First of all, you should get examined by doctor to detect the cause of itching. Usually, the itching results from an infection in the vagina which is treated acording to their type. If it's a fungal infection (cheesy white discharge), Fluconazole 100 mg once or miconazole cream twice a day for a week can be used. If it's bacterial infection, Metronidazole 500mg twice daily for one week can be used. Additionally, you can use betamethasone cream three times per day for itching. Furthermore, it's advised to wear a cotton underwear and to keep the vaginal area clean and dry
How to get diagnosed ?
By history and simple physical examinations. If it's uncertain, sample from the secretions might be taking to be examined under the microscope

What is the treatment of your condition?
You have to do a few tests in the nearest medical center if this condition persisted or was accompanied by other symptoms such as painful urination and abnormal discharge and avoid eating unhealthy food, salt and pepper and to take Antispasmodic such as scobutyl to pain with Analgesic such as Trufen. You have to do tests which include urine testing , if the test was positive for infection , your doctor will prescribe Antibiotics such as Ciprofloxaci500 twice daily for 5 days and for itching of the private part Ketoconazole cream or Triderm and follow the previous tips .
