I get a lot of acne\pimples on my face and i have a habbit of breaking them ,which caused marks on my face ,can u help me with this problem?

Treatment of acne and face pimples
It is common skin problem affecting high percentage of people due to many factors and causes. Firstly, avoid stress and anxiety. Avoid sunexposure. Wash your face with clean water and medical sapon like DOVE or ACTIMED. Apply retinol solution on your face with cortisol creams like Betamethasone cream twice daily for many times. You can apply antibiotic cream like Fuscdinie cream three times daily on your face.
