Hello Doc, I am covid positive and having flu and cough but there is some blood coming in plghem a little not that much and sometimes having fever.

Treatment of COVID 19 :
Unfortunately there is no Medication that cure from COVID 19 , but its left to the immune system to kill the virus , and you can use some vitamines that my help like Vit C 50g and Vit D 800IU daily , and for pain and fever you can use Paracetamol 500mg every 8 hours , and some protocols you can use Azithromycin 500mg once daily for 6 days , and for cough you can use antitussive like Tusskan syrup or Loradaine 10mg once daily , and you should drink warm fluids
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and doing clinical examination and CBC to detect infection and Chest Xray , and PCR to detec the COVID 19 , and mesure the O2 saturation
