you have to decrease his temprature as soon as possible, by firstly dress the baby with light and cool dressing , give him/her a warm (not hot ) bath , then you can use acetaminophen syrup with dose according to his age . also not to foget good hydration through Water and milk , then dont delay medical center visit to diagnose the cause and treat it .
