sir i Have been in pain and lethargy on the left side of the neck for the last 6 year. I can't look any one side without if the shoulder Hurt and become numb. If you told tolk same wight in our hand. If feels like your hand will be turn. What should i do know...?

Treatment of neck lethergy and numbness
It is common problem due to many factors and causes. Firstly, avoid heavy works these days. Use healthy pillows during sleep to relax neck muscles.
