can you increase height ?
first you have to go orthopedic doctor to do test to make sure of ability of increase height or not , this test is an x-ray test , and its used to check out a layer usually exist on the head of bones , and its reponsible of increase bones length , and usually it dissapear around 20 years old
- if its still exist , you can increase height
- if its already dissapeard , then your only option is surgery
