Treatment of left side pain and nausea after vaccination
It is common side effects of vaccines thus it is expected to have some side effects for days. Firstly, you can take analgesics like TRUFEN PLUS three times daily to relieve pain in addition to pramine tabs to relieve nausea till improvement of symptoms. If your symptoms persist you can seek your doctor for evaluation.
Investigations to do
There is no need to do investigations initially. if your symptoms are severe you can do CBC for level of hemoglobin and WBCs level. US for abdomen.
