Im pregnant but when i got massage i have a bleeding that last only for few hours. Is it possible that i have miscariage?

So far not yet because it just happen yesterday.

Actually i have no medical issues, only what i did is i go to massage.

Treatment of Bleeding during pregnancy :
the treatment depends on the cause , and to detect the cause you should do clinical examination , and the bleeding may be as a clinical sign of pregnancy , but you should exclude the misscarage if the bleeding is sever and there is pain in lower abdomen , and you should take Duphastone 10mg once daily , and folic acid tab once daily , and if there is an vaginal infection you can take Metronidazole 500mg 2 times daily for 10days
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and doing clinical examination and do BhCG test and Ultrasound to ensure about pregnancy , and doing spiculum examination to the vagina and cervix
