What are the treatment of vaginal discharge during pregnancy ?
.you must know that there is normal watery discharge during pregnancy and its normal if it is not so much as if there is too much you must exclude amniotic fluied leak and premature rupture of the membrane but if there is infection you must have good hygine and takeOral antibiotics as metronidazol in case of Bacterial infection .
topical medication as Dektacort cream three times per day .
Vaginal douches once daily .
Use antiviral as acyclovir
Change underwear regularly
Avoid any irritant substance
Topical medication such as Amirzole vaginal supp once daily for 10 days .

- Urine analysis and culture for both couple

- Allergic tests
