my provisional diagnosis for your case is acute diarrhea, which is caused by a viral infection or bacterial, so you need to drink fluid and avoid dairy milk and heavy meals. you can use Imodium to stop diarrhea and no need for antibiotics

check by doctor, CBC , ESR and stool analysis and maybe need which called caloprotine to detect its infectious or not
