what is the treatment in your case?
It's normal to face some mestrual abnormalities after abortion . but these abnormalities should be corrected within 3 months , so we advise you to visit a specialist to perform some investigation , contraceptive medication usually prescribed as primolot nor 2tabs daily for 5 days then menstruation occurs within 4 days of stopping medication . In the second day of bleeding, you can undergo investigations needed .

your doctor will do an abdominal Ultrasound to see uterine and ovarian abnormalities then CBC and hormones level are done e.g LH, FSH, bHCG , testesterone, prolactin, and TSH , sometime, the patient need uterine endosopy to diagnose the cause .
