What is the treatment of blocked fallopian tubes ?
there's no medication can treat blocked tubes , but you can undergo a laparoscopic surgery to open tubes  if you have small blocker like small scars or adhesions . But in bigger adhesions removal of the blocker may not be possible . if you have damaged parts of tubes like that occurs with infections , the surgeon may need to remove the damged part and connect the healthy ones togethers . Fallopian tubes sometimes must be removes completely in case of cancers . 
Is it possible to get pregnant ?
yes of course, whenever the tube blockage corrected , the  possibility of getting pregnant increase alot , it's less possible in case of damaged tubes or severe blockage . but still you can undergo IVF (in vitro fertlization) if possible
what are the causes of blocked fallopian tubes ?

1. Endometriosis
2. previous abdominal surgery 
3. previous ectopic pregnancy 
4. Fibroids 
5. PID 
6. sexual transmitted disease eg. gonorhea
