It's not 24hrs before I had protected sex yet but still for plan B I have taken one Yasmin pill can I take a 72 hours emergency pill now ...would there be any complications?

As you already took a pill of Yasmin, you can get another dose 12 hours later and it's going to be enough for you as a Plan B
