What we do advice ?
you should konw that the black blood with period may be appear at the beginning or end of period which is due to the long period of blood to go out , so its normal and dont worry about it , and in some cases its due to uterine fibroids or polyps and due to hormonal imbalance , so if there is another symptoms you should visit the gynecologist
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and doing CBC to detect infection , and Pelvic ultrasound , and hormonal assay , and coagulation factors
