what happens if you took 5 tablets of panadol ? 
it depends on the dose of each tablets , if each tablet was containing 1000 mg of paracetamol, then you have taken an overdose amount of the medication and we advise you to visit the hospital for more evaluation. the paracetamol dose should not exceed 75mg/Kg within 24 hours .
What are the investigations recommeneded ? 
there are many test that will be preformed in the hospital including Paracetamol level , Liver function test , glucose level, coagulation profile, renal function tests and ABG 
What are the signs and symptoms of panadol toxicity ? 
  • Feeling of sickness on first days 
  • vomitting within hours 
  • Pain under ribs and jaundice after 24 hours 
  • confusion 
  • Liver failure 
  • hypoglycemia 
  • reduction of urine of renal failure
