is that cramps normal ?
it's mostly normal and caused by hormonal changesm, and no intervention needed, but investigations and follow up by a specialist is recommended to exclude serious complications.
What are the recommended investigations ?
an abdominal or transvaginal ultrasound should be done to make sure that the pregnancy sac inside the uterus , and reassure the fetal heart beats,. it's also important to perform B-HCG level and progestrone level especially if you complain of vaginal bleeding.
What are the possible causes ?
