Good morning Dr. I have a concern. I had sex on 25th September and the condom burst at night then early morning I decided to take emergency contraceptive pill before 12hrs was gone. My period was to be the next day. I didn't have. Though have been having pinkish discharge then I have cramping sometimes mild. What do you advise

pinkish diascharge and emergancy contraceptive pills
Generally, sex one day before expected menses does not cause pregnancy at most cases thus do not worry. Also, you take an emergency pills within 12 hours pf unprotected sex. You can do a pregnancy test as your menses is absent to exclude pregnancy.
Investigations to do
You have to do a pregnancy test as your menses is absent. Also, you can do prolactin level test and TSH level for thyroid problems. US for uterus and ovaries also.
