Hi doctor ! My name is waqas and i am from pakistan and now i'm living in Dubai. I have ear problem from the past 4 years i say in one word its known as TINITUS. its the Left Ear. in the start i consult a ENT specialist and he gave me some alergy tabs and a nasal sprey. I took these med for 15 days and i was recover almost 50%. After that i did't go to the doctor for further medication. After some period ( 1.5 year ) it started again and gona worse day by day and again i went to another specialist nd he also gave me some alergy tabs and a nasal sprey for 15 days i took it for 15 days it was the same result as i told you before like i was recover 40 to 50 %. And again i did't go fo further check up. When i do heavy workout like gym exercise etc my both ear got stucks for few minuts in this time periods and same now. But, the situation is worsen now 3 weeks ago after workout my ears gets stuked and the left ear didt get normal and. I consult to the doc in pakistan and he suggest me to take these meds ( AVAMYS, fluticasone furoate Nasal sprey and TELFAST, fexofinadine hydrochloride tabs ). Now i'm taking these meds and 4 to 5 days ago i took out too much ear wax with cotten buds after that when i sleeps at night water comes from the ear and i keep tried to dig out ear wax and now i am facing much pain and swelling iside and around the ear but the water thats comes from inside it is not coming now but my ear once again got completly stuck. What should i do now ?
