How to treat presence of small grains in the penis
it may be caused by genital warts which is due to HPV infection which can be treated by using ointment like imiquimod and if it increase in size then it can be treated by ablation using cryotherapy other possible cause is infection with molluscum contagiosum which can also be treated by imiquimod ointment which can help the immunity of the body to overcome the lesions
How to diagnose presence of small grains in the penis
you should be assessed by the dermatologist to evaluate the skin of the penis and a biopsy can be take and examined also PCR can be done to exclude the presenc of viral infection
