When I wake up in the morning and go to the toilet to urinateI feel some little pain of discomfort when I finish on my penis. Also when I spend the day without drinking water for a while when I go to the toilet I feel little pain after I finish urinating. I have no other symptoms.

Treatment of pain after urination
It is common symptom due to urinary tract infection and uretral ones at most cases. Firstly, you have to increase your daily intake of water for at least 3 liters per day and stop or avoid eating salts. You can take PROBIUT tabs twice daily in addition to antibiotic like Cefurixime 500 mg twice daily for one wk.
