Greetings doctor ..Actually I been having like...

Greetings doctor ..Actually I been having like white sports on my penis and at times the head might have wounds.. And it inches thou on very rare situations... So I have been a little worried cause I have no penis discharge, like everything is functioning normally apart of the fact that white spots appear on the penis and at times the head might have wounds So I don't really know what could be the issue That's it comes and goes I even took treatment for bacteria infection but yet no change So I don't really know what's the matter It makes me feel so uncomfortable And at times as well my body iches..I don't know what could be the matter ??

Treatment of penus white spot 


It is common symptoms due to many factors and causes. Firstly, avoid frequent masterbation Also change underwear every day . Use NYSTATIN solution as antifungal treatment  three to four times daily todecrease symptoms in addition to local dektazol gel three times daily. Use metronidazole 500 mg three times daily for one week
Then you must exclude out as other skin disease as pityriasis or tenea which cause white patches by using of betmethasone ointment

These conditions are diagnosed by clinical examination of your doctor without blood tests
